Return & Refund Policy

At Laptop Global Good Service, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that purchasing a laptop is a significant investment, and we want to ensure you are completely happy with your tech.

1. RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase (for in-store buys) or from the date of delivery (for online orders). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, please ensure:

  • The laptop is in its original packaging with all included accessories (chargers, manuals, cables).

  • The device shows no signs of physical damage, liquid contact, or unauthorized modifications.

  • All personal accounts (iCloud, Windows, BIOS passwords) must be removed before returning the device.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Chicago location, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% – 15% may apply to open-box items that are returned without any technical defects but simply due to a change of mind.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Software products or digital licenses once activated.

  • Laptops with physical damage caused by the user.

  • Special custom-built orders or upgraded hardware requested by the customer.

5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a laptop that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at (682) 368 0665. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, as part of our “Good Service” commitment.

6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

You can return your item in two ways:

  1. In-Store: Bring the laptop to our location at 5840 N Rockwell St. Chicago IL 60659.

  2. By Mail: Contact us at ggservice2024@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
