2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Customers in the Chicago area can skip the shipping lead times by choosing Local Pickup.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. HANDLING & PACKAGING
Laptops are fragile electronic devices. At Laptop Global Good Service, we use premium, shock-resistant packaging and double-boxing to ensure your device arrives in perfect condition.
6. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT & INSURANCE
To ensure the security of your high-value purchase:

Signature Required: All laptop shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to prevent “porch piracy” or theft.

Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no extra cost to you.
7. DAMAGES
Laptop Global Good Service is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us immediately at (682) 368 0665.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
